Ella is a multi-hyphenate originally from Niceville, FL (Yep, real place). After heading to LA from Florida State University, an agent told Ella she had a face for comedy, so she took her funny face to UCB, Groundlings and iO to improvise and write. Ella has since starred on network television shows like CRIMINAL MINDS, LOITER SQUAD and CONAN, professionally developed and sold feature film scripts, and written and directed shorts of her own. Aside from her film and writing pursuits, Ella is a professional photographer and has managed social media marketing efforts for high profile clients like astronaut Michael Collins. 

Rena is an LA-based producer with a B.A. in Film from Dartmouth College. She launched her career in documentaries, directing Nagle Award-winning doc PARADISUS and collaborating with producers Linda Goldstein Knowlton and Alysa Nahmias. At Tadmor, Rena produced festival hits SUMMER ‘03 (SXSW 2018) and ONLY (Tribeca 2019), and developed an adaptation of Michael Pollan’s The Omnivore’s Dilemma with Frances McDormand. In 2019, she helped launch Tadmor’s TV division. As an independent producer, Rena has led diverse projects, including a vegan travel show hosted by GZA from Wu Tang Clan, a gay romance adaptation with Brightlight Pictures, and EPing TV rom-coms for Lifetime, Peacock, and Paramount.

Jim has advised companies across industries and growth stages, drawing on experience as a start-up CEO, corporate executive, board member, and investor. He was a Partner at Tadmor, executive producing films including SWISS ARMY MAN, ONLY, SUMMER '03 and NORMAN. Jim built and ran RISE, a leading high school sports media company, through eight years of growth before selling it to ESPN. At ESPN, he served as co-head of Content Development and oversaw ESPN Home Entertainment and Books. He previously held business development and strategic planning roles at Loews Cineplex, Fox, and ESPN.
